At the end of every program cycle, participants take the stage to present their 5–6 year DREAM plan — a creative, personal vision for their future — in front of peers, family, and members of the community.
The competition rewards creative thinking, planning, and the courage to dream out loud. Every presenter is celebrated. Top DREAMers receive recognition and prizes from the community.
